We feel our prices are competitive with our competition. We do not claim to offer you unlimited transfer rates or disk space, as this is impossible to provide. Our hosting packages include a generous list of standard features, and are designed to give you what you need for your online presence.

We have a simple guarantee. Within the first 30-days, if you are not happy for any reason, we will refund your money with only one exception. If you sign up for our service and then use our system to send spam or violate our TOS, we will not honor our guarantee. We believe this to be fair to both you and us. We expect your hosting experience here at CyberLand-USA to be an enjoyable one. If you're not happy, then we are not doing our job as promised. 

We strive to provide the best possible service for the price you pay. We want to be your long-term partner, but if at any time you are not completely satisfied with our service, or for that matter, for any reason, we will refund your money for the unused portion of your contract with us. We are not here to take your money. We sell a service. If you don't want the service, we give you your money back, no hassles or fuss, plain and simple, you'll get a refund for the remainder of your contract, period!!!

Our servers are located in some of the best data centers throughout the United States. Each data center uses multiple Internet backbones ensuring that they will always provide you with fast conductivity. Each server is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event of an outage, our monitoring systems will immediately notify an engineer.

Account Suspension: If your account is 7 days past due and you have not responded to any of our failed credit card notices, you will receive a suspension notice via email to the address we have on file. You will not be able to access your site via the web or your files via FTP or via the control panel. You will have to update your account to a new credit card and pay your balance due in full before your access is granted back.

Account Termination: If your account is 10 days past due and you have not responded to any of our failed credit card notices, you will receive a deletion notice via email to the address we have on file. Your account and all files associated with it will be completely removed from the server at this time. If you have not paid for your domain name, then Stormwire.com becomes the sole owner of the domain. CyberLand-USA.com will not be held liable in any way, shape, or form for damages caused by loss of data.

Account Restoration: Any account that requests their account be restored after is has been terminated must pay their past due amount in full and pay a $25.00 restoration fee. Please note that we will restore the site with the latest available backup, but no guarantees are made regarding how current that backup may be.

Account Suspension: It is the sole responsibility of the client to do all back ups of their site. If, in the unfortunate event, something happens to your files, it is your responsibility to have a local copy of your files. CyberLand-USA is not held liable, in any way, for any files, money, time, effort, etc... lost due to this unfortunate event. Furthermore, if your files are lost, we will attempt to restore them as a gesture of good faith, but make no promises what so ever about whether the files can be retrieved successfully or up to date.
