Are there certain Scripts you do not allow on your servers?
The following scripts are banned due to using large amounts of resources and does or can cause harm to other web sites on our server:

UltimateBBS
Ikonboard
IRC related programs.
Proxy Servers
nph-proxy
MovableType
The Anonymizer
formmail.pl
Any Shell, SSH, or Telnet Alternative Any script that uses and processes a large numbers of flatfiles or databases.
If we find a banned script active in your account, we will remove the offending script and send you an email notifying you of our actions.
If you are curious about a certain script you intend to use, please send an email to us with as many details on how the script functions and any other information we should know about the script. Please do not ask us if ‘Script such and such’ is all right without providing information on the script. There are thousands of scripts available and there are only a few of those that we will be familiar with.

Can I host a friend’s web page in one of my subdomains?
No, this would be a violation of our terms of service. The purpose of subdomains is to better organize the structure of your web site. For example, you could have a subdomain called sales.your-domain-name.com. You would/could then place all your images and web pages pertaining to sales in that subdomain.
Can I host adult content?
No, not at this time.
Do you host international domains?
Yes we host any TLD extension.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes, our support desk is manned 24/7 by qualified personnel to assist our customers.
Do you offer a 30-day money back guarantee on Domain Names?
No, we do not. Once you purchase the domain name and it is registered, there is no way to un-register that name.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?
Send an email to our sales department and express your desires. If you upgrade your account during your contract, you will only need to pay the difference between the two plans for the remainder of your contract.
How long have you been in business?
We started as a web design company in 1996. In early 2002 we branched into the Web Hosting business and officially opened our doors in June of 2002.
How long will it take for my domain name to propagate?
Once you register the settings for the name server, it usually takes between 12-48 hours for the domain name to propagate though the Internet.
If I request a refund, how long does it take to get my money back?
We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee. Simply put, if you are unhappy with any of our hosting services, we are more then happy to refund you Web Hosting fees. As soon as we receive your request, our billing department will contact you and advise you that your refund will be processed. Your Credit Card will reflect the transaction from within 72 hours to up to one week from the time we process your account. Once your refund has been issued, our billing department will send you another email advising you of the action.
What form of payment do you accept for web hosting?
We accept most major credit cards, plus PayPal. We also accept checks and e-check though PayPal, however, accounts and domain names will not be activated until the check has cleared.
What happens when I use up my disk space?
You wont be able to upload files to your site. You'll have to contact our sales department to either purchase additional space or an upgrade to your account.
What is the Web Based Account Manager?
Our Web Based Account Manager allows you to perform a series of administrative tasks for managing your account with us. For example, you will be able to check your invoice history, modify your account details, and access the online help desk.
What name appears on my Credit Card?
We use our own Merchant account to process Payments. CyberLand-USA will appear on your credit card statement.
What type of Backups do you have available?
We do weekly server wide backups, however, we do not guarantee the integrity of any of the backups. Therefore, we stress that the customer is responsible for backing up their data via their control panel.
Why could there be a delay in setting up accounts?
There are two major reasons why there could be a delay. One is fraud and the other is spam. Lately, a popular practice from some individuals has been to create accounts using stolen credit cards and then sending countless spam messages using our mail server. Others have used valid cards, sent their spam and then canceled their account. Therefore, we no longer have an automated process. We try to validate each card to lessen the chances of fraudulently activities. If someone uses our system for spam, their account will be deleted and no refunds issued.
Why don’t you offer unlimited bandwidth and disk space?
It is impossible for any provider to actually provide an unlimited amount of bandwidth or disk space. Most web sites only consume a very small amount of bandwidth and disk space. Hosting companies that offer unlimited bandwidth and/or disk space as a plan feature are banking on this fact. The web hosting market is very competitive and hosting companies use the unlimited feature as a marketing trick to get your business.
Will you transfer my web site from my old host to you?
No, this is something you will have to do yourself.
Do you offer SSH?
Due to significant security reasons, we do not offer SSH.
Do you offer Microsoft FrontPage Extensions?
Yes we do. We provide every account the ability to install FrontPage extensions from within their control panel.
What kind of database access do you provide?
We provide the popular MySQL database. Note, we do not support Microsoft Access Database.
Do you support Active Server Pages (ASP)?
No we don’t. We only use Unix Servers. ASP requires Windows Servers.
Do you offer a web site authoring tool?
Yes, CyberLand-USA offers a full featured web site creator, which includes flash, drag and drop image placement, and over 170 templates to choose from.
